Plant an Olive Tree – Program Disclaimer
By joining the Forelia “Plant an Olive Tree” program, you symbolically "own" an olive tree grown and cared for on our private land in Greece.
Your participation supports the cultivation of sustainable olive groves and the preservation of our agricultural heritage.

Please note:
- The olive tree is planted, maintained, and fully managed by Forelia.
It remains on our land for the entire duration of the program. - Participants do not have the right to remove, relocate, cut, damage, or otherwise interfere with the tree.
All agricultural operations are exclusively performed by our team except from agreed terms with Forelia to participate in agricultural operations in terms of agritourism. - The symbolic ownership lasts for 3 years.
At the end of this period, you may choose to renew the adoption for another term. - The program represents a symbolic adoption, not a transfer of legal land or property rights.
You receive updates, photos, and olive oil produced from our groves, according to the program details. - Forelia reserves the right to maintain, replace, or relocate trees if needed (e.g., natural causes, farming requirements), always ensuring the continuity of your adoption experience.
- Newly planted olive trees begin producing olives after approximately 2 years.
Before that, the tree focuses on growing strong roots and healthy branches.
