RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the billing date when at least one of the following conditions is valid:

Product packaging is intact and not damaged.
The product has not been used.
The return is about a disfunctional product or the product you received is not the one you ordered.
Right to withdraw.

The messaging via email or any other form of communication between shop “FORELIA” (foreliaolive.com) and corresponding client is required to place information about the process required in each case.
